Empty spotlight menu

I just uptated my main system to Mac OS X 10.6.3, no problem so far, but I immediately noticed a little, annoying oddity: an "empty", non functional Spotlight menu.





All systems with the multiXFinder's "disable Spotlight menu" option applied before the update will show the same problem, the current version of the Preference Pane isn't able to fix it. You can download a patch here.
